In line with industry best practice, Ambit Engineering operates on a standard national weekly contractor pay cycle. The timesheet cut-off and EFT processing dates are as follows…
- For all timesheets that are submitted directly to Ambit, the cut-off time is COB MONDAY.
- The EFT Transmission date is every THURSDAY – please note: you will need to allow 1-2 days from the EFT date for funds to reach your bank account.

For faster processing please:
- Make sure all fields of your timesheet are completed to ensure your payment. Remember to indicate whether your rate is hourly, daily or weekly.
- Your timesheet should be faxed to 1300 655 630.
- Put your contact number on the timesheet in case we need to contact you for any reason.
